Refund Policy

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, simply go to our contact page and tell us the exact problem so we can start the return/refund process.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

If you receive damaged products, be sure to contact us and send us a video as soon as possible.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not.
